The dining room has a large table with capacity for
 seating 10 people, sliding doors that open to the
lounge and steps up to the kitchen

Kitchen

The kitchen is open plan to the dining room with an
American style fridge freezer, large 6 hob with double
oven gas cooker with extractor hood, dish washer,
microwave oven and CD player

The shower room has a toilet, wash basin and electric shower

The utility/drying room has direct access from the outside
and contains the central heating boiler,
washing machine, tumble dryer and a sink

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower room/WC/wash basin, a balcony with table and chairs and
views over the back garden and River Nethy
